With its African atmosphere, GRAND KRUGER LODGE is the perfect base from which to experience the pride of South Africa's conservation efforts. Superb accommodation, exquisite cuisine and game viewing in southern Kruger National Park. Our hospitality teams have been chosen for their attention to finer detail, thereby providing the luxury of personalized service to you throughout your stay.

We sleep 44 guests with maximum privacy in double en-suite rooms and units (units consist of 2 rooms). We also offers our clients the opportunity to stay in our exclusive Grand Kruger Bush Camp. These rooms are decorated exquisitely with African artefacts, whilst the exterior is an alluring facade of local architecture.

We have 6 Bush camp, each room features a loft, which allows for up to 4 guests to sleep upstairs and downstairs, each loft has its own private bathroom en-suite. Each chalet is equipped with Tea / coffee making facilities as well as a mini bar, air-conditioner overheard fan and private balcony. The balcony allow for guests to relax during the day and night privately and sojourn. Meals can be taken in the main Lodge diningroom or delivered to the privacy of your room.

The GRAND KRUGER LODGE serves a delicious buffet breakfast and guests can enjoy a scrumptious dinner or buffet with a menu that never fails to impress with ever changing specials, often featuring unusual dishes. The restaurant can sit 50 people to ensure a brilliant eating experience every time!

The tastefully furnished bar lounge and restaurant are fully licensed and equipped to cater to every gastronomic need. Alongside the restaurant is a partially covered pool-deck where guests can enjoy refreshing cocktails while cooling off in our sparkling pool. In the evening enjoy African cuisine al-fresco, around a friendly bush fire while enjoying the nocturnal sounds of the wild life around you.

The conference room adjoins the Main Lodge and is the ideal venue for smaller conferences and intimate functions, weddings. The room can comfortably seat 50 delegates in a U-shape, School shape 60, Theatre 80 and has the following equipment as standard: 4 by 220 V power points, overhead projector, screen and white board. Any additional equipment needed such as data projectors etc. are available on request. Area is 97.5 m².

How to get there


FROM JOHANNESBURG / PRETORIA

Travel to Witbank from Johannesburg or Pretoria. At Witbank, it becomes N4 to Nelspruit - Malelane - Komatipoort.

After Malelane you travel for ± 30kms and pass Hectorspruit. ± 15kms after Hectorspruit is a turn-off to Marloth Park. Turn left - 6kms of dirt and then you enter the Marloth Park gate. Travel on tar for ± 6kms (Marloth Trading Post). 2kms after Trading Post is Waterbok Street - turn left.

T-Junction Swartwitpens - turn left. Turn left into Hartbees Street. The Lodge is about 300m up on the right.
