Our conference facilities are all carpeted and air-conditioned. We have a large room, which can be split, into 3 separate venues, each with their own equipment and satellite connections. We also have 2 separate breakaway venues, which will be made available to conference delegates on request.

How to get there

Directions from PORT ELIZABETH

Get on the motorway M1 to Grahamstown. After 50 km's, take the exit to Grahamstown and then after another 50 km's, take the R72 exit to Port Alfred.

At the T-junction turn right towards Port Alfred. 50km's on that road to Alexandria, then 25 km's to Kenton-on-Sea, and 25 km's to Port Alfred. In Port Alfred follow the road to East London, go over the main bridge. Just before the hill The Halyards Hotel is on the right. Follow the signs to the HALYARDS HOTEL.

Directions from EAST LONDON

Follow the R72 to Port Alfred/Port Elizabeth. Pass the Fish River Sun. Pass Kleinemonde. Enter Port Alfred the BP Garage is on the left. Pass the BP Garage at the bottom of the hill HALYARDS HOTEL is on the left. Follow the signs.
