Description
Mirábilê Lodge is situated on the outskirts of Thabazimbi, on the hangs of the “Berg van winde” (Windy Mountain), which forms part of the Waterberg Mountain Range.

The lodge lies between magnificent Leadwood- and Tambotie trees and if you dare to take on the rocky roads you’ll have a bird’s eye view of the surrounding farms, fields and rivers. Birds and game will join you in your picture-perfect sunset and sounds of the night will sooth your mind to a quiet and peaceful rest under a starlit sky.

We offer:
3 x 4 bed Chalets with en-suite bathroom and kitchen. Bed linen and towels included. Crockery and cutlery included.

1 x 4 bed Mountain hut with outside bathroom. No bedding or crockery and cutlery.

Main lodge. Thatched lapa. Equipped kitchen and entertainment area with fireplace and braai.

Attractions

Mirábilê Lodge & Safaris offers a wide variety of daily activities and excursions for the non-hunters or for the days when hunting Africa was just too much and you need a break.

You can take a trip through one of the local Nature Reserves to do some photography or just relax at a watering-hole and listen to the birds and the peace surrounding you.

For the more adventurous travellers, there are visits to The Elephant Sanctuary where you can touch, smell and even ride on the giants of the African bush.

Still amongst the animals, there are numerous rehabilitation centres and breeding facilities where you are allowed to have a close look at some of our local animals and birds. From scavenging vultures, to cheetahs and even white lions.

Local golf courses and mountain bike trails will keep the fit going while enjoying the scenery. Whatever you prefer?!

Sun City Casino and the Valley of Waves are a great day trip for the whole family to spend swimming, gambling, paragliding or just chill next to the pool.
