We offer continental breakfasts served in rooms, and provide tea, coffee and fresh fruit. Tastefully decorated and well equipped, we ensure that you will be as comfortable as possible during your stay.

How to get there

If one finds Cape Road, which is a main east-west artery in PE, then drive towards Newton Park.

In Newton Park, take either 4th or 5th Avenue off Cape Road (North side). Mangold Street is the 3rd street down 4th Ave, or 4th street down 5th Ave. NEWTON SANDS GUEST HOUSE is in the middle of the block between 4th & 5th Avenues.
