These are largely situated between Port Elizabeth and Grahamstown. The three main national parks are the Addo Elephant Park (SA National Parks Board) taking the lead as one of South Africa’s finest game reserves, supported by Tsitsikamma National Park and the Baviaanskloof nature reserve ( a world heritage site) and the many privately owned reserves, together enabling the Eastern Cape to offer itself as a truly well rounded holiday experience to visitors both from within South Africa and the many international visitors who have discovered this unique corner of Africa.

The beautiful Amatola Trail, rated one of South Africa’s best hiking trails, the famous surfing at Jefferies Bay ( supertubes; Bruces' Beauties) the home of the original Gunston 500; East Londons' Nahoon Reef , a stunning right break where one often surfs amongst the dolphins and the un-spoilt Wild Coast area, all enabling this region to cater for the many needs of the modern tourist. From the six star homes on the Royal Port Alfred Marina to the more casual beach cottages of Kasouga and Cannon Rocks, we are able to accommodate visitors in the home of their choice at the right price.

The evolution and history of the Xhosa nation, the arrival of the early British, German and European settlers in the 1700’s, the vast beauty and magnificent weather all make up this wonderful and diversified region, ideal for visitors and residents alike.
